Chuck Westphal sits on the board of directors for Releve One (Non-profit) in Franklin Tennessee.


Formerly the Executive Senior Vice President of Operations for O’Charley’s. He joined O’Charley’s in 2001. Chuck specializes in operations, management, and strategic planning. Specifically developing protocols and systems from conception through implementation. These strong operations driven processes having a positive impact on Team members and the bottom line. Skilled at partnership development through excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Organizing complex projects, strategic and tactical delegation.


His ability to build partnerships through Learning and Development experiences while keeping Key Performance Indicators healthy and prosperous has given him the reputation as “One of the best operators in the business”.


Chuck strongly believes that having a servant heart coupled with developing / maintaining innovative and industry-leading protocols are fundamental building blocks in creating a strong organization. Chuck is passionate about building a positive culture by focusing on personal character traits.
