Grace Podolski earned her degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Housing Policy and Administration, providing her with a strong foundation in both the technical, financial, and policy aspects of the industry.

Before moving into her corporate role, Grace worked on-site in front-end property management, gaining valuable firsthand experience with the daily operations and challenges that define the business. This perspective allows her to approach her work with a deep understanding of how efficient systems and strong collaboration contribute to successful property management. At Southern Asset partners , she helps streamline operations and strengthen the company’s commitment to exceptional property management. 

Outside of work, Grace is passionate about animal welfare and dedicates her time to volunteering and fostering dogs through local shelters, finding fulfillment in giving back to her community.
